Fall is officially here! And while we’re very ready for the crisp weather and pumpkin spice lattes, we aren’t ready to forget our accomplishments of the summer.
Here’s just a bit of what we did last summer:
-reinstated benefits under disability policy for client
-obtained dismissal of lender’s appeal in foreclosure for client
-obtained preliminary injunction against nuisance
-reinstated consulting contract for client
-obtained state and federal trademark registrations for clients
-closed residential and commercial real estate transactions for clients
-set up an Employee Stock Option Trust for client
In addition, Bob was inducted into the General Practice Hall of Fame by the North Carolina Bar Association and Elizabeth graduated from Leadership Asheville.
